本文从创新创业实训案例入手,阐述了实训模式在创新创业教育中的重要作用和意义。实训的目的不在于训练学生在毕业时即已成为创业者,而在于培养他们的创业意识以及作为创业者的基本素质。这也为今后更好地开展创新创业教育以及提高人才培养质量提供了较好的借鉴意义。

This paper starts from the cases of innovation and entrepreneurship training,described the important role and significance of the training mode in innovation and entrepreneurship education.The purpose of the training is to train students to become entrepreneurs,but rather to cultivate their entrepreneurial awareness as well as the basic quality of the entrepreneurs already graduated.It also provides a good reference for the future conduct of innovation and entrepreneurship education and to improve the quality of personnel training.
