目前,国内对于高职院校职称评审指标设计研究还处于起步阶段,本课题从高等职业院校教师职业能力与职称评审指标相关性的方面进行调研分析,从理论与实践相结合的角度提出职称评审指标设计的建议,为科学地建立高职院校专业技术职称评审指标体系提供研究的基础。
