师资队伍建设是高等职业教育的内涵建设、提高教育教学质量的关键。本文从当前高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设存在的问题出发,基于"园-企-校"合作平台,分析了"双师型"教师队伍建设的保障机制,并结合工作实际提出了改进高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的对策和建议。

The faculty building is the connotation construction of higher vocational education,the key to raise the quality of education and teaching.From the vocational colleges ＂dual qualified＂ teachers team building problems in the ＂Park-Enterprise-school＂ cooperation platform,analysis of the protection mechanism of the ＂ dual qualified＂ teacher team building,and actual work proposed improved countermeasures and suggestions of the vocational colleges＇ ＂dual qualified＂ teachers building.
