摘要
《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》提出"教师在教育过程中应成为幼儿学习活动的支持者、合作者、引导者。"但是幼儿园对"支持者"这一角色定位在实际操作中还有一定的困难。本文以教育案例入手,以对比画面展现的方式,尝试让老师跟着孩子的步伐,走在孩子后面,给予适当的帮助和扶持。
"New Outline" points out that "teachers in the education process should become a supporter of early childhood learning activities,partners,and guide." There are certain difficulties for kindergarten of "supporters" of this role in practice.Starting from education case,compare the picture to show the way,try to allow the teacher to follow the child's pace,walking behind the child,and give appropriate assistance and support.
