基于CDIO教育理念的旅游管理本科专业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Tourism Management Undergraduate Talent Cultivation Mode from the Angle View of CDIO Concept

本文在深入剖析CDIO教育理念内涵的基础上,系统论述了成都信息工程学院旅游管理专业在CDIO理念指导下,确立旅游管理本科专业人才培养目标、专业定位、培养方案和课程体系,并在此基础上进行的理论和实践教学的改革与实践。论文构建了基于教育教学一体化的旅游管理专业"型"人才培养模式、"知识-能力-素质"协调发展型的模块化课程体系和旅游管理专业"四阶梯式"实践教学体系,以期为我国高等教育教学改革提供参考与借鉴。

Based on the deep analysis of CDIO education concept,this paper discusses the tourism management undergraduate talent cultivation mode of Chengdu University of Information Technology,established the cultivation target,the training programs,the curriculum system and practice reform.This paper established ＂ ＂ integration training and teaching mode,＂ Knowledge-ability-quality＂ coordinated development of the modular curriculum system and ＂four step＂ practice teaching system,with a view to the reform of China＇s higher education to offer reference.
