本科毕业论文质量不理想的一个关键问题是学生缺少训练,尤其是缺少针对性强、层次有序的训练,本文以汉语言文学专业为例,提出了融学术思考与能力培养为一体的三级训练模式,即:学科论文、学年论文、毕业论文三者有机结合,循序渐进,通过培养方案的调整,导师制的融合,把三级训练内容落实到各阶段教学中,有效提高本科毕业论文质量。
