校企联合培养项目管理工程硕士既是实现培养目标的要求,也是整合校企在研究生培养方面各自的资源优势、实现双方共赢的必然选择。结合青岛大学近五年来校企联合培养项目管理工程硕士的实践,在总结经验的基础上,分析了联合培养过程中存在的一些问题,提出了相应的改进思路。以便通过校企联合,培养合格的项目管理人才。
