试论学生寝室卫生管理的难点与对策

On the Difficulties and Countermeasures of Students' Dormitory Health Management

学生寝室卫生管理是学生公寓管理的重要工作之一,为创建一个文明、整洁、舒适的寝室生活环境,公寓工作者为此付出了辛勤的劳动,但内务卫生状况却总也达不到理想的要求。鉴于多年公寓管理工作经验,笔者以本校为例,从多方交织的原因中梳理出寝室内务工作难点,思考寝室卫生管理工作对策,以不断改进公寓管理工作的内容,拓宽工作渠道。

Student dormitory health management is one of the most important work of students＇ apartments management.Apartment workers made a great effort to creat a civilized,clean and comfortable living environment for students.But the interior health status could not reach the ideal level easily.According to the author＇s experience,taking her college as an example,the author combs the difficulties from various factors of interior health work of dormitory management,probes countermeasures,to improve the work content and broaden the channels of work.
