摘要
建设节约型后勤管理维修工作体系,首先要在思想上统一认识,学会转变观念,用新的眼光看问题,同时要遵照市场经济原则,理顺整个维修工作体系中人、财、物等各方面的关系,建立相对独立的工作与管理体系。要加强人才培养、引进工作,提高整个工作体系的主观能动性。在具体的工作运作中,要建立可行的考核办法,以确保工作质量。
