Ideas to Improve File Management Workers' Professionalism in the New Era

新的历史时期赋予档案工作新的任务,也对档案工作者提出了更高的要求。全面提高档案工作者的素质,推进档案管理工作的科学化、法制化进程已成为档案建设的重要课题。本文从新时期档案工作的重要性出发,结合我国档案建设工作需要和档案工作者专业素质方面存在的一些问题,探究了提高我国档案工作者专业素质的基本途径。

The new historical period has given a new task to file,also put forward higher requirements for archivists.Comprehensively improve the quality of the file workers,and promote the scientific and legal process of file management has become an important issue of the archives building.In this paper,the importance of archival work in the new period,combined with our archives building professional quality of work needs and file workers some of the issues,to explore the basic way to improve the professional quality of our archivist.
