Dormitory interpersonal relationship is an important part of College Students＇ interpersonal relationship.Harmonious interpersonal relationship is conducive to students in learning and life.This article,from the point of apartment counselor,analyses the main characteristics of dormitory conflicts and explores the countermeasures on the processing of the dormitory conflicts and the constructing of the harmonious interpersonal relationship.
