摘要
高等专科学校教学质量的形成受到所有教学环节的多重因素共同影响,其中教师的教学行为显得尤为重要。本文以记住学生名字这一行为作为切入点,对教师教学行为作分析,并剖析了导致当代教育忽视学生名字的原因,就教育过程中记住学生名字提出了策略和构想。以促进授课教师提高自身教学行为的有效性,从而取得更好教学效果的目的。
College teaching quality by all teaching aspects of the combined effect of multiple factors,which the teachers' behavior is particularly important.To remember the behavior of the students name as a starting point for analysis of teaching behavior,and analyze the reasons for the contemporary education ignores the students' name,and remember student names put forward the strategy and vision in the educational process.To facilitate the teachers to improve the effectiveness of their teaching behavior,and thus achieve better teaching results.
