摘要
本文研究提出了针对特殊群体毕业生就业心理的优化原则,同时给出了从政府、高校、家庭和自我(GUFP)四个角度的优化措施,立体式、全方位地着手优化就业心理、就业环境和就业条件,建立一套良好的机制,更好地为高校毕业生服务。
This paper studies the optimization principles for special groups of graduate employment psychological, given the optimization measures li'om the government, universities, family and self (GUFP) four angles, three-dimensional, pro- ceed to a full range of optimization employment psychological employment environment and conditions of employment, the establishment of a good set of mechanisms to better service for college graduates.
