高校毕业生是国家宝贵的人才资源,其就业问题,关系到我国经济建设,关系到高等教育的持续健康协调发展。本文主要分析了当今社会的历史现状与发展特点,大学生就业背景,高校毕业生在就业观念,重点分析了就业当中存在的问题,分析了大学生就业难的真正原因,桎梏所在,提出了职业指导的具体方法和措施以及创新、创业的思想和路径。希望本文的研究可以为提高我国大学生的就业竞争力,拓展大学生的就业途径做出贡献。

College graduates are the country＇s valuable human resource,and their employment problems relate to China＇s economic construction,the continued healthy and coordinate development of the higher education.This paper analyzes the historical status quo of today＇s society and the development of the characteristics of college students employment background,college graduates in the concept of employment,focusing on the analysis of problems in the employment,analysis the real cause of student employment difficulty where the proposed specific vocational guidance methods and measures,as well as innovative,entrepreneurial thinking and path.I hope this study can contribute to improve the employability and competitiveness of our students,expand the employment opportunities of university students.
