从辅导员的视角探讨大学生职业生涯规划教育

On College Studens' Career Planning Education from the Perspective of Counselors

当代大学生面临着严峻的就业压力,因此在高校广泛开展大学生职业生涯规划教育有着重要的现实意义。辅导员是大学生思想政治工作的主力军,是大学生心理健康教育工作的引导者,更是大学生职业生涯规划教育工作的指导者,应责无旁贷地为大学生实现职业理想贡献力量。本文结合辅导员工作的特点,探讨了辅导员在大学生职业生涯规划教育中的作用,从事大学生职业生涯规划教育的意义,最后提出提升辅导员职业生涯规划教育指导能力的对策。

Contemporary college students face severe employment pressure,so the extensive Career Planning education in colleges and universities have an important practical significance.The counselor is the main force of the ideological and political work is to guide the work of mental health education,career planning education guidance should be duty-bound to contribute to career aspirations for college students.In this paper,the characteristics of the counselors work to explore the role of counselor in the Career Planning Education,in the meaning of the career planning education and proposed countermeasures to enhance the ability of the counselor career planning education guidance.
