摘要
介绍了强制密封球阀的性能和使用工况,分析了2种强制密封球阀阀杆导向结构存在的缺陷,提出了阀杆导向结构优化设计及采用黄铜套减磨降低开关力矩的方法,解决了阀杆易产生应力集中、易磨损、易断裂和难加工等问题。
This thesis introduces the performance of the forced seal ball and its service condition, analy- zes the deficiencies that exists in the two guided structures of the forced seal ball valve stem, and put forwards the optimized design of the stem guided structure and the method to lower the torque with re- ducing wear by brass bush, and solves the problems like easy to stress concentration, easy to wear and break and difficult to machine.
