摘要
我国大学生心理健康教育工作已经取得了长足的进步,但随着心理学等学科的不断发展,心理健康教育的理念、机制、模式、内容和方法途径也应不断更新。积极心理学、生态心理学等理论对心理健康进行了新的阐释,对高校心理健康教育具有启示。高校应以积极心理学等理念重新整合各种要素,将心理素质拓展纳入高校心理健康教育体系是必要的和可行的。
College mental health education in China has made a considerable progress. With the continuous develop- ment of psychology and other disciplines, mental health education, including its work ethic, working mechanism, model, work content and approaches, should also be constantly updated. Theoretical thoughts in Positive Psychology and Ecological Psy- chology provide a new interpretation for mental health, which is inspiring to the college education of mental health. There- fore, mental health education should be a re - integration of various elements involving the concept of Positive Psychology, and to integrate the expansion of psychological quality into the college mental health education system is necessary and fea- sible.
