摘要
电力行业资金、技术密集的特征以及电力运行、交易对信息化的高要求,决定了电力企业很难绕开ERP。而如何科学合理地进行项目的实施成为电力企业ERP能否成功的关键。电力企业实施ERP系统可使其绩效考核透明化,业务工作规范化,信息管理实现集成性、开放性和可扩容性。在ERP系统实施中,必须分清主次、突出核心并进行优化。ERP系统的实施,由于建设周期较长,存在一定的风险,因此,必须理智分析,同时要强化人在实施中的作用。
The fact that power industry is a capital-and-technology-intensive industry ,together with its noticeable de- mands for informationization in power operation and transaction, decides that power enterprises can hardly run without ERP. Therefore ,how to conduct and implement the projects in a scientific way turns out to be the key to the success of ERP in power enterprises, because the implementation of ERP in these enterprises can help achieve a lot, such as transparence in their achievement assessment, standardization of affairs,integration, openness and expandability of information management, etc.. In the implementation of ERP, it is imperative to distinguish between the primary and the secondary, with its core being made prominent and optimized ; besides, since it takes a long period of time and risks to carry out the implementation of ERP system, a lot of efforts are needed in making sensible analysis and highlighting man's role.
