Construction of campus culture is an important aspect to enhance the function and effect of teaching and edu- cation, to which more and more colleges and universities attach importance. Campus culture construction, however, is rich in content and will be a challenge for us, because it is not easy to take hold of the main thread among many activities. As a most popular sport, volleyball involves rich cultural connotations thanks to its long history of development in the campus as well as its flexibility in the game organization. As long as we try actively to bring into play its different functions such as inheriting culture, benefiting everyman, and bringing about innovation, its value in campus culture development can be made to come true.
