摘要 According to the concept of the Exclusive Economic Zone(EEZ) set out in the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea,the "Maritime Frontier"of China can be defined as extending 200 nautical miles from its coastal baseline.According to the UN principles According to the concept of the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) set out -in the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, the "Maritime Frontier" of China can be defined as extending 200 nautical miles from its coastal baseline. According to the UN principles regarding the "continental shelf," the "Maritime Frontier" of China can be further extended up to 350 nautical miles from the coastal baseline.
