摘要
对比讨论了一种无铵脱灰剂与常规脱灰剂( 硫酸铵) 对山羊皮的脱灰工艺的影响,测定了脱灰浴液中的 pH、氨氮含量、钙离子含量、COD,考察了脱灰剂对酶活力的影响,优化了无铵脱灰剂应用的最佳温度及最佳用量。试验结果表明: 该无铵脱灰剂可将体系 pH 值稳定控制在 8. 5 左右,脱灰效率优于硫酸铵,且废液中氨氮含量大幅度降低。
The effect of a kind of non - ammonium deliming agent and normal deliming agent ( ammonium sulfate) on goat gar ment pelt deliming process was discussed. The pH value, ammonia nitrogen, content of calcium ions, as well as COD of deliming liquid were measured. The influences of deliming agent on enzyme activity was considerd. The optimum temperature and dosage were optimized in application of non - deliming agent. The results show that pH of system can be well limited at about 8.5 when using the non - ammonia deliming agent, deliming efficiency is better than sulfate ammonium, and ammonia nitrogen of liquid waste is significantly reduced.
