锆配合物对胶原海绵交联作用的研究

摘要 采用柠檬酸钠将锆配合物蒙囿改性后用于胶原海绵的交联,以变性温度为评价指标筛选出最佳的交联反应条件。研究交联前后胶原海绵的理化性能,结果表明:锆配合物交联后的胶原海绵热稳定性大幅提高,变性温度由交联前的52.6℃提升至89.1℃;交联后的胶原海绵微观结构更加均匀、致密;耐酶解能力明显增强;吸水率降低43%左右。 After being modified by masking agent - sodium citrate, zirconium complex was employed to cross - link collagen sponges by orthogonal experiment for the purpose of selecting the best cross - linking conditions, and the temperature of denatu- ralization (Td) was chosen as evaluation index. Then, the physiochemical properties of collagen sponges before and after cross - linking were investigated. It shows that, after being cross - linked by zirconium complex, Td of the sponges increases from 52.6℃ to 89. 1 ℃, which is a symbol of great improvement in thermal stability. Besides, it shows that a more uniform and com- pact microstructure is obtained. Their enzymatic degradation resistance is significantly improved and water absorption rate decreases by 43%.
