West Virginia in U.S.:new State Mine Safety Law had been signed

Two years after the explosion in Upper Big Branch mining（owned by Massey Energy）,a new state mine safety law has been approved in Virginia.West Virginia governor Eafl Ray Tomblin ceremonially signed a new state mine safety bill.This bill will promote mining safety construction statewide.The new bill establishing drug testing requirements,modify the ventilation facilities planning process,provides the rock dust and methane requirement and modify several miners and security training requirements.
