对发展西安市长安区林下经济的思考

Discussion on the Development of Forest Undergrowth Economy in Chang'an Area of Xi'an City

结合西安市长安区关于林业发展的方针、现状以及本区的一些切实状况,提出在长安区发展林下经济的策略。论述此种发展方式在长安区实行的切实可行性,提出适合长安区发展林下经济的8种适用模式,并对各种模式的涵义、具体的发展方式、技术要求和注意事项等方面做简要的阐述,同时对其可能产生的经济效益也做一定的分析。在长安区发展林下经济可以达到在完美执行区林业政策的同时,还带来一些积极的附加效应。

Combining with the policy and status quo on forestry development of Changan area in Xi＇an city,the strategies of developing forest undergrowth economy in this area were put forward.The feasibility of applying these strategies in Changan area was expounded and eight suitable development modes for forest undergrowth economy were proposed.Furthermore,the meaning,development way,technical requirements,and notes of all kinds of models were elaborated and the economic benefit was analyzed.It is concluded that the development way can ensure the implement of forestry policy perfectly and bring positive additive effect.
