摘要
目前民办高校物流人才供需矛盾导致毕业生在物流及相关行业就业率较低。办学特色模糊、专业定位不清晰、课程设置不合理、师资力量匮乏以及实践环节薄弱是其物流人才培养模式的主要问题,并针对这些问题从人才培养模式的构成要素角度提出有利于学生就业的相关措施。
Nowadays,there is a low employment rate for graduates in logistics and related industries at private higher learning institutions due to the imbalance between supply and demand.The indistinct school-running characteristics,indistinct specialty orientation,unreasonable curriculum,weak teacher resources,and weakness in the link of practice are the main problems of logistics personnel training mode in these institutions.Some suggestions were put forward against these problems to assist the employment of students.
