摘要
基于通用计算流体力学软件Fluent的VOF(volume of fluid)模型,求解粘性Navier-Stokes方程、Realizableκ-ε湍流模型,并运用动网格技术控制结构物的运动,得到了钝头回转体在出水过程中的压力场、速度矢量场和涡量分布。分析了回转体所受的流体力、顶部压力系数以及所带水分的变化情况,通过与实验结果进行对比,表明了数值模拟的准确性,为钝头回转体出水过程的深入研究打下基础。
Based on VOF model,which is supplied by a general computational fluid dynamics software Fluent,the viscous Navier-Stokes equations,Realizable κ-ε turbulence model were solved.The dynamic grid technique was used to control the mesh changes in the process of structure water exit.The distribution of total pressure,velocity vector and vorticity around the axis-symmetric body were obtained.The body fluid force was also analyzed;the pressure coefficient and water volume the body holds after passing through the free face were investigated.Then the results of simulation were compared with the experimental results;they are in good agreement.So the simulation is accurate and it can be a foundation for a depth study of water exit.
