建筑业与其他产业的关联特性和波及特性研究

Characteristics of Construction Industry Relevancy and Industry Spread

运用投入产出分析理论,根据我国2007年投入产出表,通过计算建筑业的直接消耗系数、完全消耗系数、分配系数、完全供给系数、中间需求率、中间投入率、影响力系数及感应度系数,研究了建筑业与国民经济其他产业之间的关联特性和波及特性。研究结果表明,建筑业对国民经济其他产业的拉动效应显著,但国民经济其他产业对建筑业的推动效应甚微。

On the basal theory of input-output analysis,a group of parameters,including direct consumption coefficients,completely consumption coefficients,distribution coefficients,fully supply coefficients,intermediate demand rate,intermediate investment rate,influence coefficient and sensitivity coefficient,were calculated to deeply study the characteristics of construction industry relevancy and industry spread between construction industry and other industries according to 2007 input-output data table.The study results indicate that the promoting effect between construction industry and other industries was very obvious,but the pulling effect was little.It provides a quantitative basis for decision-making of macro-controlling and developing of national economy and construction industry policy.
