摘要
从华庆石油污染的土壤中筛选出2株能够对原油进行高效降解的微生物菌株A1和A2。通过菌种降解特性的单因素实验可得菌种生长和降解的优化条件为:温度28℃、pH=8.0、盐度2g/L条件下,A1和A2菌株的石油降解率均达到95%以上。
Strains AI and A2 were isolated by selective enrichment culture from contaminated soil samples collected from Hua-qing oils. The results showed that the optimum conditions for cell growth and petroleum degradation were pH=8.0, temperature 28℃, and salt concentration 2g/L. And the degradation rate of petroleum by strains A1 and A2 can reach as high as 95% under the optimum conditions.
