摘要
为了达到海南保定海锆钛砂矿选矿矿浆浓度40%的要求,在实验室建立了一套浓缩实验装置,在不同管径的浓缩管中进行浓缩实验,研究了来砂浓度、浓缩管外形及尺寸对浓度的影响。结果表明,浓缩管内颗粒的即时速度随输送浓度的增大而增大。管径较小时,浓缩管内颗粒滑移滞留现象不明显,浓缩提升不明显;管径较大时,浓缩管内颗粒滑移滞留现象明显,浓度提升明显。且不同管径的浓缩管都有一个极限浓度,管径大,极限浓度高。
In order to obtain 40% weight concentration for mineral separation requirement in the development of Zr-Ti placer from Hainan Baoding sea, a laboratory experimental concentration apparatus was set up. The concentration tests were conducted with pipes of different diameter. The influence of feed concentration, pipe figuration and dimensions on the weight concentration was investigated. The results showed the instant speed of particles in the concentration pipe increased with an increase in transportation speed. There's neither retention of particles sliding in the pipe, nor obvious increase in the weight concentration in pipes of smaller diameter, but obvious retention of particles and a concentration increase can be observed in pipes of larger diameter. However, each concentration pipeline has a limited concentration value, which increases with an increase in pipe diameter.
