摘要
针对内蒙古某微细粒低品位低硫磷铁矿进行了选矿试验研究,确定采用一段粗磨磁选抛尾、二段再磨磁选抛尾、三段再磨磁选提高精矿全铁品位的原则工艺流程,最终获得铁精矿产率12.73%、选矿比7.86、铁精矿全铁品位67.81%、全铁回收率61.52%的选别指标。该研究结果为该矿石的可选性评价提供了技术依据。
Experimental study on a low-grade iron ore from Inner Mongolia was carried out. To treat this microfine grained ore with low-sulfur/phosphorus content, a principal technical flowsheet consisting of primary grinding-magnetic separation and regrinding-magnetic separation for discarding tailings, and regrinding-magnetic separation for increasing the TFe grade of concentrate, was determined, and an iron concentrate with a TFe grade and recovery of 67.81% and 61.52%, respectively, and with a yield of 12.73% and an enrichment ratio ofT. 86, can be obtained. This study can provide a technical reference for assessing the beneficiation of such ore.
