摘要
对比了复混肥与尿素高塔造粒的异同,分析了国内外尿基复混肥高塔熔体造粒数值模拟研究的发展现状,同时结合成熟的计算流体动力学(CFD)软件,对塔内流场及颗粒运动进行分析,提高了对高塔造粒过程的认知。
Through having similarities and differences between prilling towers for the compound fertilizer and the urea production compared and the numerical simulation development status of urea-based compound fertil- izer both at home and abroad analyzed as well as the successfully-used CFD software combined, the flow field and the particle flow in the tower were analyzed to improve the cognition of high tower granulation process.
