摘要
采用三维非线性有限元分析技术,将材料简化为理想弹塑性,同时考虑几何非线性影响,针对不同厚径比t/Do、相对弯曲半径R/Do下有直管连接的弯头在面外弯矩(弯曲位移方向垂直弯头轴线平面)作用下进行极限载荷分析,在此基础上建立了便于工程应用的无缺陷弯头的面外塑性极限弯矩估算式。试验结果表明面外弯矩载荷下塑性载荷估算式能够满足工程实际需要。
The three-dimensional (3D) nonlinear finite element analyses (FEA) was used to have the materi- al simplified into ideal elaStoplastic body and have the influence of geometric nonlinearity considered simulta- neously; and the elbow' s ultimate load which connected with straight pipes under out-of-plane moment with various thickness-diameter ratio ( t/Do) and relative bending radius (R/Do) was analyzed, and the out-of-plane plastic limit bending moment equations for defect-free elbows in engineering were found. The experimental da- ta can eonfirm the practicability of these equations as the engineering practice required.
