摘要
用鸡传染性支气管炎病毒X株接种 10日龄鸡胚尿囊腔 ,收集尿囊液 ,经甲醛灭活后 ,按一定的比例 ,以矿物油为佐剂制成油乳剂灭活苗 ,免疫鸡 30d后 ,保护率达 10 0 % ,并呈现良好的体液免疫应答 ,血凝抑制抗体效价达 2 11,病毒中和效价达 1∶10 6 ,疫苗在 4℃保存 7个月后用来免疫鸡 ,其对同源毒株的攻击仍呈现较好的保护作用 ,保护率达 95%。该疫苗安全、可靠 ,稳定性高 ,4℃放置 1年不分层 。
A strain of IBV(nephrosis form) was ampilfied and the vaccine was prepared with formalinized allantoic fluid.220 chicken(1 month old) were immunized with the vaccine at different dose by muscle injection.One month later,100%protection were induced after challenging with the same strain,an enhanced and prolonged antibody response was confirmed by hemagglutination inhibition test (HI) and virus neutralization test(VN).Moreover,the vaccine showed absolute safety and high stability.
