摘要
本实验选用桂糖 85/ 8、粤糖 6 3/ 2 37、桂糖 11号和桂糖 15号作为供试品种 ,于分蘖初期以0 .2 % (质量分数 )蔗丰灵进行叶面喷施 ,在不同时期采样测定叶片中有关生理生化特性。结果表明 :蔗丰灵处理在短时间内抑制 Ca2 + - ATP酶活性 ,而后又恢复正常且超过对照 ,对于 Mg2 + -ATP酶则始终表现为促进。蔗丰灵处理能提高叶绿素含量和叶片中 N、P。
Four sugarcane varieties, GT 11, YT 63/237, GT 85/8 and GT 15 were selected as the experimental materials. The plants were sprayed with Zhefengling at the early tillering stage. Some physiological and biochemical characters were determined at different time. The results showed that Zhefengling increased the activities of Mg 2+ -ATPase and Ca 2+ -ATPase and the contents of chlorophyll, N, P and K in the leaves of sugarcane.
