神经病理性痛外周自发放电与钙激活钾离子通道的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 神经病理性痛是一类特殊疼痛,其直接来源于影响躯体感觉系统的损伤或疾病,以自发性疼痛、痛觉过敏和痛觉超敏为特征[1]。正常神经纤维只传递信号,有研究[2]发现,大鼠外周神经损伤区域可以产生自发放电,这种异位放电发生于有髓传入神经纤维,以A类纤维为主。深入研究发现,在外周神经系统(peripheral nervous system)中有离子通道参与到不同性质疼痛的产生与维持中,
