持续缓慢低效透析应用的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 血液净化技术在临床中的应用已有50余年历史,近20年更是得到飞速发展和推广。主要用于肾功能衰竭患者的救治及其维持性治疗。当前在肾脏替代治疗模式选择上仍有较多争议。如在急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury,AKI）治疗上就有多种模式[1],对流方式和弥散方式孰优孰劣仍无定论。肾脏替代治疗模式选择应该根据患者病情、医疗经验、
