一氧化氮在软骨病变中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 一氧化氮(nitricoxide,NO)是一种脂溶性小分子,参与炎症反应、免疫调节及血管舒张等多种生理病理过程。自1991年Stadler[1]首先报道兔关节软骨细胞在IL一1和脂多糖作用下能产生一氧化氮以来,研究者和临床医生开始关注NO与关节软骨之间的关系。NO参与关节软骨生理和病理过程的各个环节的调节。本文将对NO在软骨病变中的作用做一综述。
