摘要美国国家民主基金会（NED）成立于1983年，是主要依靠美国政府拨款从事活动的“非政府组织”。美国国家民主基金会打着“加强其他国家民主团体和机构力量”的旗号，在目标国开展民主渗透活动，培育亲美势力，以推动民主的名义插手他国内政，成为美国开展对外民主渗透活动的重要力量。
