以色列农业现代化成功经验及其对陕西农业发展的启示

Successful Experience of Israel Agricultural Modernization and Its Enlightenment to Shaanxi Province in Developing Agriculture

节水农业世界领先、高科技农业独具特色、农业产业化程度高是以色列农业现代化成功的主要经验;陕西和以色列在水资源和地形条件方面极为相似;但陕西在农业发展中存在着水资源利用不够合理、农技推广服务尚不到位和农业教育普及不够深入、农业产业化程度低等问题;切实加强水资源的合理利用、重视科学技术在农业发展中的作用、努力实现农业产业化,是以色列的成功经验给陕西发展农业的重要启示。

The saving water agriculture,high-technology agriculture and high level of agricultural industrialization are the main experience of Israel successfully agricultural modernization.Shaanxi province and Israel are very similar on water resource and terrain condition.But there are some problem in developing Shaanxi agriculture,such as unreasonable utilizing water resource,incomplete in spreading skill of agriculture and low-level of agricultural industrialization.Enhancing reasonably utilizing water resource,paying more attention to the effects of science and technology in developing agriculture,and making great efforts to achieve agricultural industrialization are important enlightenments for Shaanxi to develop agriculture that we can learn form Israel successful experience.
