摘要
为了探讨晋南牛的肥育性能 ,参照美国“NRC”标准 ,结合运城地区农作物种类 ,合理搭配混合精饲料和粗饲料 ,选择 2~ 2 .5岁体重 4 0 0 kg以上的晋南牛 30头 ,进行 152~ 139d强度育肥试验。经过强度育肥的晋南牛 ,屠宰率达 58.71% ,净肉率达 4 9.32 % ,肉质得到改善 ,表明晋南牛具有良好的肉用性能。
Thirty 2 to 2 5 year-old Jinnan cattle with the BW of over 400 kg were selected and received mixed roughage and concentrates according to NRC nutrition requirements and crop resources of Yuncheng area The intensified fattening experiment was conducted to investigate the fattening performance The results showed that dressing percentage and carcass meat percentage reached to 58 71% and 49 32% respectively with improved meat quality and better growth performance of Jinnan cattle
