本文首先介绍电力公司过去几十年来变化的情景和现在转向智能电网的必要性。然后介绍基于以太网的监督控制和数据采集(SCADA)系统如何对电网中电力流入和流出进行监视和控制。最后介绍基于以太网的SCADA系统怎样平衡电力的流入和流出保持电网稳定。
The paper firstly shows how the electric utility landscape has changed over the past few decades,necessitating the smart grid,then shows how Ethernet-based Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition(SCADA) systems can be used to monitor and control power flowing into and out of the grid.Finally,It shows Ethernet-based SCADA systems can be used to match power inflows and outflows to keep the grid stable.
