通风管道中钢格栅对化爆冲击波的衰减作用

摘要 通风管道中的化爆冲击波强度高、衰减慢,严重威胁通风设备的安全。本文探讨利用钢格栅快速衰减化爆冲击波的方法。通过设置扩散区减小对正常通风的阻力;通过增设钢格栅阻挡和衰减冲击波。结果表明,钢格栅对化爆冲击波具有良好的防护效果,在短距离内实现对冲击波的快速衰减,可用于通风管道的抗化爆冲击波设计。 The chemical explosion shock wave with high overpressure attenuates slow in ventilating ducts. The security of the ventilating system is threatened severely. A method to attenuate shock wave quickly by means of steel gridirons is discussed in this paper. The resistance to natural ventilation is reduced by means of the diffusion region. The shock wave is held up and attenuated by the setting of steel gridirons. The results show that the steel gridirons possess favorable protective effect on chemical explosion shock wave. The shock wave is attenuated quickly in a short distance. The method may be applied to the design of ventilating ducts to resist chemical explosion shock wave.
