摘要
据甘肃省水环境监测中心及所属7个分中心2000—2009年监测的全省地表水功能区水质资料,对有监测资料的78个水功能区水质现状进行分析评价,得出了各水功能区水质达标率变化过程;应用"季节性肯达尔检验法"对全省主要水功能区水质变化特征进行了分析研究。结果显示:2000—2004年全省废水排放量及入河量均较大,之后至2009年有所下降。据此提出了有关水功能区水质保护措施:完善机制,加大水资源保护执法力度,加强城市饮用水水源地的保护,调整产业结构和工业布局。
Water quality status of 78 water function zones in Gansu Province were analyzed and evaluated based on water quality monitoring data of 2000 - 2009 from Gansu Water Environment Monitoring Center and its 7 branch-centers and obtained the change course of standard-achieving rate of water quality in water function zones. It applied seasonal Kendal test to analyze water quality change characteristic of major water function zones in Gansu Province. The results show that in 2000 - 2004 waste water discharge and quantity into river are big and from then on to 2009 both of them has been decreased. Some measures need to be carried out such as perfecting mechanism, enforcing relative lows about water resource protecting, enhancing protecting source of drinking water in city and adiusting industrial structure and layout.
