摘要
甘肃省地处西北干旱半干旱区,水资源的时空分布十分不均,水利发展受地域条件的影响非常显著。利用层次分析法建立了甘肃省水利发展的影响因子分析模型,量化地研究了不同区域各因子的影响程度,探讨了水利发展制约因素的空间分布特征。结果表明:在甘肃省境内,内陆河流域的水资源量和用水结构是主要制约因素,黄河流域的水资源量和水利投资有限是主要影响因素,长江流域影响水利发展的主要制约因素是水资源开发利用程度较低,缺乏水资源的优化配置,城乡供水保证率有待提高。
Gansu Province is situated in the northwest of China where is arid and semi-arid region. The water resources there are very uneven in spatial and temporal distribution. The effect of local conditions on water resources development is very significant. The study established the restricting factors analysis model of Gansu water development based on AHP, studied the influence degree of these factors in different regions of Gansu Province in quantification, and discussed the spatial distribution of water resources development constraints. The results show that the domain of water resources and water structure are the major constraint in inland rivers ; the water investment and the amount of water resources are the main restricting factors in the Yellow River basin water resources development; lower water resources development, lack of optimal allocation of water resources, and lower urban and rural water supply guarantee rate are the main restricting factors in the Yangtze River basin.
