摘要
采用三维温度场仿真分析有限元程序确定环境气温与浇筑仓温度之间的函数关系,用两个指数函数累加来考虑水化热温升和通水冷却的影响,然后基于实测温度,联立环境气温分量、水泥水化热及通水冷却分量,采用逐步回归法进行回归分析,建立施工期混凝土坝温度混合模型。实例分析表明,该温度混合模型可用于对混凝土浇筑仓的温度进行预测。
Three dimensional finite element simulation analysis program of temperature had been taken into consideration of relationship between the environment temperature and concrete temperature while two exponential functions superposed had been taken into account of cement hydration heat and water cooling system. Based on measured temperature, combining with the environmental temperature factor and cement hydration heat and water cooling system factor, and then adopting stepwise regression to carry out regression analysis, the concrete dam temperature mixture model during construction had been set up. Example analysis results show that the temperature mixture model can be used to forecast the concrete temperature of the dam placement.
