摘要 介绍205/55R16 91V冬季环保镶钉轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径630mm,轮胎断面宽220mm,行驶面宽度182mm,行驶面弧度高8.5mm,胎圈着合直径404.2mm,胎圈着合宽度178mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.002,胎面花纹中镶入12#雪地钉,花纹深度9.8mm,花纹周节数59,花纹饱和度55%,采用人字形对称花纹设计。施工设计:胎体采用1层1670dtex/2DSP聚酯浸胶帘布,带束层采用芳纶纤维骨架材料;采用一次法成型机成型,液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久性能和低气压性能以及高速性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,物理性能符合企业标准要求。 The design of 205/55R16 91V environment-friendly studded winter passenger car radial tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 630 mm,cross-sectional width 220 mm,width of running surface 182 mm,height of running surface 8.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 404.2 mm,bead width at rim seat 178 ram,cross-sectional level ratio (H1/H2) 1. 002,the 123 snow nails inserted into the pattern,pattern depth 9.8 mm,pattern circular pitch 59,block/groove ratio 55 % ,with the design of chevron symmetrical pattern block. In construction design,the following processes were taken-1 layer of 1670dtex/2 DSP polyester cord for carcass ply,aramid fiber cord for belt ply;using single stage building machine to build tires,and using hydraulic curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tire that the peripheral di- mension, strength performance, bead unseating resistance, endurance performance, low air pressure and high speed performance met the requirements in the relative design and national standard, the physical properties met the enterprise standard.
