热塑性改性酚醛树脂在子午线轮胎粘合胶中的应用

摘要 研究新型环保粘合剂热塑性改性酚醛树脂替代间苯二酚在子午线轮胎粘合胶中的应用情况。试验结果表明:热塑性改性酚醛树脂在生产中不会释放刺激性气味,可明显降低车间烟气,为操作工人提供了良好的工作环境,实现了清洁生产;采用热塑性改性酚醛树脂等量替代间苯二酚,并适当调整配方,胶料性能基本无变化。 The application of the new environment friendly thermoplastic modified phenolic resin instead of resorcin in the adhesive compound of radial tire was studied. The results showed that,ther- moplastic modified phenolic resin did not release irritant odor during the tire production, thus the smoke in the plant was reduced, and a good working environment and clean process were set up for workers. When the thermoplastic modified phenolic resin was applied to replace resorcin by equal weight and the compound formulation was properly adjusted, the properties of compound changed little.
