摘要
针对风资源储量按照不同的统计方法从宏观层面上做出了总量估算,对中国风电开发与利用过程中可能出现的相关问题进行了有益的探讨,以促进中国风电的有序开发和健康发展。
The paper makes gross estimation for wind resource based on different method from macroscopic view,and makes useful discussion on problems occurred in wind power development and utilization process in China,in order to promote ordered and healthy development of China wind power.
