摘要
工程分包普遍存在于火电建设施工中,施工企业若能成功进行分包管理,不仅能降低企业成本、提高经济效益,还能提高企业市场竞争力。文章根据多年从事分包经验,对如何抓好分包管理进行了分析,并提出了相应措施和对策。
Project subcontracting commonly found in the thermal power construction,if the construction enterprises successfully make subcontracting management,it will not only reduce the business cost and improve economic efficiency,but also improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.Based on years of subcontracting experience,the paper analyzes how to favorably make subcontracting management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
