摘要
地质勘查经济社会效益包含它本身的经济效益和成果产生出的社会、经济效益,恨据这一基本理论,结合目前地质工作管理体制和资金来源多渠道的特点,设计出三层三类五个系列的“宝塔”式结构,20项效益指标的地质勘查经济社会效益体系。期待着把地质勘查各项经济活动都转移到提高经济社会效益轨道上来。
The geologic economic-social benefit includes both the economic be- nefit itself and social-economic benefit procuced from the positive result.Based on this basic theory combined with the characteristics involving both work-management system and the multiple-medium fund source,both the“pagoda”typed construction consisting of three layers three kinds as well as five series and the economic-social benefit tar- get system of geologic exploration are designed.It is hopeful that all economic activities of geologic exploration can be transformed to the way leading on to enhance the economic-social benefit.
